We are an exclusive boutique manufactory that focuses on quality. Therefore, our delivery and production time from receipt of payment and customer approval is normally 4-6 weeks. At peak times it can take 6-8 weeks.

We produce in manufactory quality in Europe. All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX-STANDARD certified and provide a comfortable skin climate. They are harmless for the wearer and easy to clean.

Sizing and changes before delivery are made at the request of the customer and according to his specifications. For sizing, feel free to take a look at our body measurement chart in the footer. The list is without guarantee. For accurate sizing, a size kit can be provided at a unit price plus postage: www.thomaseth-fashion.com/collection. Thomaseth assumes no liability for the information provided by the customer. Further changes or rework will be made according to the fee.

Please send us the missing sizes no later than 14 days after the order. Only in this way production can take the models into account. Otherwise, these must be cut and processed separately. In that case we reserve the right to invoice surcharges afterwards.

No problem, you can place a new order. Costs are the unit price plus postage and packing. Sizing and alterations before delivery are made at the customer's request and according to their specifications. For sizing, a size set can be provided at a unit price plus postage. THOMASETH assumes no liability for the customer's specifications. Further changes or rework will be made after charge.

For exclusive fabric dyeing, a production time of 6-8 weeks has to be added. The collection is made-to-order. This means that the models are produced after the customer has placed an order. This is sustainable compared to fast fashion industry. Minor changes, such as changing lengths or the choice of color and fabric quality, can be easily adjusted depending on the model.

Yes, that’s possible. We will be glad to send sample pieces for you to try on. It will only cost you the postage.

We supply standard market clothing sizes, but not made-to-measure. The collection is made-to-order. This means that the models are produced after the customer has placed an order. This is sustainable compared to fast fashion industry.

Dresses, jumpsuits or a culotte are around 155-175 €. Pinafores and pants at about 79-89 €. Blouses or shirts at about 95-105 €. The figures are net prices.

Yes, no problem. Cost: unit price plus postage.

Samples are available for 14 days from the day of delivery according to our GTCs. If the sample parts are not back with us in Nuremberg within 15-17 days, we assume that you want to keep the pieces. Then you will automatically receive an invoice. In case of delays, we ask you for a prompt written notice.

Amounts under 1000,- € must be paid 100 % in advance within 7 days without deduction. Amounts from 1000,- € can be split in 60 % down payment within 7 days without deduction + 40 % after delivery within 7 days without deduction.

We are an exclusive boutique manufactory that focuses on quality. Therefore, it can take sometimes 6-8 weeks at peak times. However, 4-6 weeks is usually enough for us. For orders, our existing customers have priority.

We will create a Google doc. list for you or your team leader to fill in the appropriate sizes, quantities, employee names, models and colors.

Yes, this is an additional service on demand. We place the highest value on sustainability, so we can only offer the service on a limited basis. The lead time is at least 2 weeks. We are at your disposal for individual inquiries.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel an order at short notice once the production order has been released. Only in a few exceptional cases the production can still be stopped (e.g. if special fabrics or special sizes are planned and the start of production is therefore delayed anyway). However, any expenses incurred will then be passed on.

Short-term changes are unfortunately no longer possible once the order has been forwarded to production.
