Shipping & Delivery

We ship all our national and international parcels with DHL. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Via this link or directly via DHL you can find out where your package is at the moment. With the DHL Recipient Services, you can still change the delivery location or date – free of charge.

This gives you full control over the shipping of your shipments. After registration, you can make the following changes for all your parcels: Delivery to another delivery address or a desired neighbor, delivery to a parcel station or post office of your choice, delivery on another day. As an additional free service, you can receive detailed delivery information via SMS or e-mail not only about the date, but also about the time window of delivery. Registration with DHL required.
