Your responsibilities:
- Processing and handling of all orders in the webshop
- Administrative tasks related to the orders
- Preparation of quotations for customers, review of quotation details and conditions.
- Supporting and advising customers on orders and inquiries via the web store
- Review and preparation of invoices and order confirmations for accuracy and completeness via our enterprise resource planning system
- Organization and coordination of written exchanges with customers and suppliers
Communication with suppliers regarding orders and delivery times - Ongoing work and process optimization
- Accompanying further development and optimization of ERP, processes, workflow
- Controlling and reporting
