Your responsibilities:

  • Processing and handling of all orders in the webshop
  • Administrative tasks related to the orders
  • Preparation of quotations for customers, review of quotation details and conditions.
  • Supporting and advising customers on orders and inquiries via the web store
  • Review and preparation of invoices and order confirmations for accuracy and completeness via our enterprise resource planning system
  • Organization and coordination of written exchanges with customers and suppliers
    Communication with suppliers regarding orders and delivery times
  • Ongoing work and process optimization
  • Accompanying further development and optimization of ERP, processes, workflow
  • Controlling and reporting
